Failing to prepare is preparing to fail

First time when I read the proverb it dint have any impact .. tried it after the first test and it tingled my nerves, read it after second test match thought its non sense but after the third test match it did make lot of sense to me.

Preparations are inadequate in every quarter. Tight schedules where the schedule for practice matches are squeezed to fit the one day agenda. No proper training camps, no proper coaches, no proper selection ....... goes on and on ..

Mendis, wouldnt that word scare most of the batsmen around the world ? Ajantha Mendis, age 23, right arm slow/spin bowler .. dont really know what to call him but definetly this man has sent shock waves across the cricketing fraternity. His googlies and carrom ball have troubled batsmen who have been good at playing spin. The middle finger has worked magic for Mendis. He does not have to sledge the players by showing middle finger .. but when he uses the middle finger with the ball the players pledge their wickets.
